  • Reserve Your Service: Book your preferred tier through this portal. Please include your Room Number or Villa Address and your vehicle’s make/model in the notes.


Key Coordination:

  • Valet Guests: Simply leave your keys with the Resort Valet desk and let them know "Xtreme Detailing" is servicing your vehicle. We will check them out and return them directly to the desk when finished.

  • Self-Park/Villa Guests: We will contact you via text 15 minutes prior to your appointment to meet at your vehicle or coordinate a key hand-off.


  • The Xtreme Transformation: Our mobile unit performs the service on-site at the resort. You’ll receive a text notification once the work begins and another when your vehicle is sparkling and secured.


  • Final Walk-Through: If you are available, we love to do a final walk-through. If you’re busy at the spa or on the course, we will send a completion photo and your digital invoice.

  • Where will my vehicle be serviced?

We operate a fully equipped, self-contained mobile detailing unit. Most services are performed on-site at the resort in a designated area coordinated with resort security and valet. You don’t need to move your car; we bring the "showroom" to you.


  • How do I handle the keys if I’m at the Spa or on the Course?

We offer a "Seamless Key Exchange." If you are using the resort’s valet, simply notify them that Xtreme Detailing is servicing your vehicle. We will check the keys out and return them directly to the valet desk upon completion. For villa or self-park guests, we can coordinate a contactless drop-off or meet you briefly at your convenience.


  • Do I need to provide water or electricity?

No. Our custom mobile units are whisper-silent and fully self-powered with onboard filtered water and electricity. We leave your parking space exactly as we found it—only cleaner.


  • What if it rains while I’m at the resort?

Florida weather can be unpredictable. If a coastal shower is expected, we will coordinate with the resort to move your vehicle to a covered area if available, or we will reach out to you to adjust your service window to ensure the highest quality finish.


  • How do I pay for my service?
  • For your security and convenience, we provide digital invoicing. Once the service is complete, you will receive a text with a link to view your "Before & After" photos and pay via credit card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Please note: Detailing services are billed separately and cannot be charged to your room folio.

Terms & Service

  • Access & Authorization: By booking this service, you authorize Xtreme Detailing to access your vehicle on the Hammock Beach Resort property and, if applicable, authorize the Resort Valet to release keys to our certified technicians.


  • Service Environment: While we use professional-grade mobile equipment, some heavy paint correction or ceramic coating services may require specific shaded areas or a temporary "no-drive" window for curing. We will coordinate this with you.


  • Cancellation Policy: We understand vacation plans change. Please provide 24-hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a $50 service fee.


  • Weather Policy: In the event of typical Florida coastal showers, we will coordinate with you to adjust your time slot or move the vehicle to a covered area (if available) to ensure the quality of the finish.


  • Liability: Xtreme Detailing is fully licensed and insured. We conduct a pre-service inspection of every vehicle to document existing conditions and ensure the highest safety standards.
