Return/Refund Policy, Shipping Policy

                                                                                           Eligibility Criteria

  • Time Frame: Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
  • Condition of Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Receipt or Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable.




                                                                                              Return Process

               To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact our customer service at Sales@XtremeDetailingAndMore.Com to request a return authorization.
  • Pack the item securely, including all original packaging and accessories.
  • Ship the package to the address provided by customer service.




                                                                                                  Refunds

                   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

                   If  approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method

                   of payment within 5 business days.





                                                                                                   Exchanges

                      We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item,

                                                                                                Shipping Costs

                                     You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. 

                 Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted 

                 from  your refund.
